Our Bahaginan Banquet aims to let more people know about how to live and breathe compassionate and mindful eating (#compassionateandmindfuleating).
In about 4 to 5 hours, you will learn about the importance of gut health, food as your medicine, and sustainable practices about food preparation and solid waste management.
