
I love me some good pancakes! There’s always a period of time when I find myself enjoying pancakes on a daily basis for a week or two. However, I’ve never tried using an air-fryer to make some. Why, it’s called ‘pan’-cake for a reason after all. Hah.
I wasn’t really sure if I could still call this pancake since I did not cook it in a pan on a stovetop. Semantics really make my life colourful! However, using my basic pancake mix, I decided to just call it as such.
I’ve already shared how versatile and easy to make pancakes are. Like seriously. And the best part is that it’s one of those comfort food you enjoy, especially if partnered with something salty that has crunch! (Or is it just my PMS talking?)

I’ve already mentioned how I am having a sojourn now and the kitchen I am blessed with is not fully equipped. So, using one 16” pan (that’s seen better days at that) is not so convenient if you enjoy making several dishes for a meal, especially when you keep on hearing incessant growling sounds from your little tummy. LOL.
Good thing I have my air-fryer with me! Hear, hear. I enjoyed this fluffy goodness with Amrey’s Kitchen™ Vegan Tocino and a mug of freshly brewed robusta coffee.
